Our Founding Partners

Melanie Hay Director

Melanie has over 25 years’ experience across the healthcare sector and has a passion to drive safety and quality improvements across the continuum of care. She strongly believes in the further strengthening of our healthcare system through greater collaboration, improved culture, the application of good clinical governance and strong and passionate leadership.

Melanie has been privileged to work alongside State and Federal governments, Primary Healthcare Networks, clinicians, hospitals, not-for-profits and lead Data and Safety and Quality Agencies to drive continuous quality improvement across the system and ultimately deliver better patient outcomes.

Melanie established Xavier Pacific Health in 2012.

 

Prior roles include: Director of the Australasian Institute of Clinical Governance & Victorian Director for Health at PwC

Stewart Hay Director

Stewart has a strong interest in innovation and its capacity to support improved health and economic outcomes. He has 25 years’ experience gained across the health technology sector and 15 years as CEO/Managing Director. He holds a PhD in cancer research and has had many years experience in working with governments and NFPs. Stewart has been a member of a number of advisory panels, has contributed to both organisational and national strategic processes, has established domestic and global collaborations and managed several large national projects.

 

Prior roles include: CEO of the Australian Clinical Trials Alliance and CEO of Therapeutic Innovation Australia
